Interesting story, good food and excuse me while I slurp
some more of those noodles.
Owners of this beautiful restaurant chain Ernest Ong, Colin
Soh and Bruce Wong, chose the name Ali, Muthu and Ah Hock to signify the
muhibbah (unity) among the races in Malaysia.
Serving Asian fusion restaurant and a wide range of other
delights, I am sure you would love the whole experience. Step inside and you
will be greeted by the food’s aroma and comforting ambiance.
I ordered Cantonese Noodles and it was so good. The crisp
noodles soaking up the smooth egg based sauce, paired with some pickled green
chillies. Mine came with yee meen which are kind of yellow noodles that is
usually sold dried, in plastic packages. Some other versions use a combination
of fresh flat cut rice noodles and dried thin rice noodles. It is popularly
known as Cantonese Style Fried Yin Yong.
Thumbs up to Ali, Muthu & Ah Hock.

We had a lot of last minute decorations to add, and the staff was eager and willing to help. The food at venues in NYC was amazing. They have extremely unique and tasty food. Also this place has great views and beautiful big rooms.
