Talking of food, we got to experience the combination of Awadhi by Chef Zaki, Lebanese by Chef Mohan, Thai by Chef Sonam and Tropical desserts by Chef Palash. Let’s look at some of my favourites from the spread:

Dahi Bhalla (Awadhi):
Although, the Awadhi spread had lots on offer, the dahi bhalla’s got my attention as it is something that you usually won’t find in five star hotel buffet spreads. And I wanted to compare it with the one’s we get in North India. 5 on 5; creamy smooth dahi with finely soaked bhalla’s topped with authentic chutney’s. I just couldn’t resist myself from having one more.

Pork belly (Lebanese): A glimpse of the image below and “mmmm” is what hits the head. Slow braised caramelized pork bellies with select fruits, truly heavenly. The tender meat cooked in flavours of pineapple, kiwi, apple and other exotic fruits was just wow on the platter.

Strawberry Cheesecake (Tropical Desserts):
White chocolate cheesecake with fresh strawberries was again something which everyone rated as one of the top. We also had a huge spread of desserts paired with some amazing select Ice-creams with your own assortment of toppings.

What’s new this week: The coming Sunday, May 8th the chefs are new, cuisines are new and an amazing culinary journey of “Hyderabadi, Goan, Karnataka food and some amazing chocolates” is all set for you.
